2. Rental Eligibility

To rent a vehicle from MarraLux, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old (age requirement may vary for certain vehicles).
  • Hold a valid driver’s license recognized in Morocco.
  • Provide a valid passport or national ID.
  • Possess a valid credit card for security deposits and payments.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer.
  • A security deposit may be required, refundable upon vehicle return.

4. Vehicle Use & Restrictions

By renting a car from MarraLux, you agree to:

  • Use the vehicle for lawful purposes only.
  • Not engage in reckless driving, off-roading, or illegal activities.
  • Return the vehicle in the same condition as received.
  • Be responsible for fuel costs, traffic fines, and toll charges.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation: If made at least 48 hours before pick-up.
  • Partial refund: If canceled within 24–48 hours before pick-up.
  • No refund: If canceled less than 24 hours before pick-up or in case of no-show.

6. Insurance & Liability

All rentals include basic insurance. Additional coverage options are available. The renter is responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear unless covered by additional insurance.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
