At MarraLux, we strive to provide a seamless and flexible car rental experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, modifications, and refunds are processed.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following rules apply:

  • More than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund, minus any processing fees.
  • Between 24 – 48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • Less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund will be issued.
  • No-show policy: If you fail to pick up the car without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

3. Modification Policy

Modifications to your booking (e.g., date, time, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to request changes.

4. Early Return & No Refund Policy

If you return the rental car before the end of the agreed rental period, no refunds will be issued for unused days.

5. Refund Processing

If eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:

  • Refunds will be processed within **7-10 business days** after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing fees or bank charges may apply and are non-refundable.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), MarraLux reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at our discretion.
